Cafe bar designed for historic Egyptian Theater in Hollywood

to be operated as adjunct concession area for special events

and screenings. Currently on hold while future ownership of

site is being determined. Netflix is in negotiations with

American Cinematheque, the current owner of the complex,

to acquire the property but occupy it jointly.
