Two story classroom building at 6th Avenue Elementary School in the historic West Adams district of Los Angeles. This was the first LAUSD Phase 1 Class Size Reduction project to be completed and certified by the Division of the State Architect (DSA) with less than 1% change orders

Transitional Living Center
LOS ANGELES CA
Managed Communal Living Facility for the homeless, providing shelter for people transitioning from street living to permanent housing. Conditioned tent structures with two-level mezzanines provide sleeping quarters for 50 people as shown, can be scaled.
Site installed Modular Buildings provide toilet and shower facilities, laundry center and cafeteria. Site amenities include solar panel shade structure, community garden, park and recreational elements.
Designed for affordability, scalability and ease of construction.

Transparent transfer station in Mid City, linking Metrorail, bus service and cars serving Olympic sites. Providing on-site amenities, business and office space. Cast-in-place concrete pavilions with solar panel trussed roof and curtain wall. To be converted to mixed use.
